About Us

Josephine's began in one room of our family home and was named in honour of Pat's mother who had passed away earlier that year. During the past 23 years we have gone from strength to strength and now count as one of the longest continually owned bridal shops in Hampshire.

Our backbone is Pat, who firmly believes that no bride should leave Josephine's less than 100% delighted with her dress and the service she has received whilst with us, although no longer a daily presence in the shop; her values remain in full effect.

Andrea, Pat's daughter is usually to be found playing with gowns, tiaras and veils as she helps brides find that elusive "Perfect dress". She is also the first port of call for any and all queries or questions you may have.

The third member of the team is Michaela - the wonderfully talented seamstress/designer we work with. Whether it's just a nip and tuck, a complete revamp of a dress, or even a custom made designer gown, Michaela is the ONLY seamstress we trust with our brides' gowns.

Nicky is the newest member of our team and comes to us from 'Mimi Toko' in Derby. Her knowledge, experience and flair for styling ensures you and your gown are in safe hands.
